Lovely comfortable room in my home

I have a lovely double room available in my home. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside tables with a built in wardrobe along with fitted carpet. You would share the bathroom with my daughter which is clean, modern and has all you need. I have a nice bright modern study with a desk, sofa and TV which I'm happy for you to use. There is a private driveway as well as ample off road parking with a lovely garden that is perfect for the warm weather with outdoor sofas. The house is close to A1/A14 is about a 5 minute walk from the bustop and a 10 minute car journey into town where the train station is situated. I share my home with my daughter who is 17 years old, she is studying for her A levels. We are both friendly and laid back and welcome sharing our home with the right person.
