Double furnished room to rent in roomy house, with access to living room, kitchen and shared bathroom. House is situated in quiet friendly street. Rent includes all bills and broadband. I am looking for someone who is working, clean and tidy. Full references must be supplied before acceptance. One months deposit and a months rent in advance. I am a friendly and easygoing person and get on with most people. I expect the house to kept as seen, I like a tidy house.
