I wish to share my spacious 4 bed townhouse in Hampton Vale with a professional and tidy person who is looking for a quiet, comfortable place to live with some privacy. The room itself is furnished with new bed, big TV, fridge, wardrobe, lots of storage, dab radio, access to patio and wc next door - the room situated on it's own floor so completely private and right next to the garden. Shared use of lounge, kitchen and a mostly unoccupied family bathroom/shower also. Room for a bike/ motorbike in Garage if required.
