We have 1 x large double room with en-suite and Kitchenette (£550pcm) and 4 large double rooms (£450pcm). All rooms are furnished and prices are quoted pcm, all this available in a professional clean house share from the 25th of August.
The house has great bus links to town centre and the train station. Very easy access to the A1 and more major routes.
All amenities are in a short drive, including a Sainsbury, Post office and Pharmacy, Open Parkland, Town Centre, Queensgate Shopping Centre and the trendy old town high street with shops, bars & restaurants.

Please note the rooms are for single occupancy only, so we regret no couples. The prices advertised are monthly and include all bills, so there's nothing else to pay. These include:

Rent is payable monthly in advance via a standing order. We also require a month’s rent as a refundable deposit.
The contract will be for a minimum of 6 months, after which it becomes a rolling 1 month contract. There is a notice period of 2 weeks.
