Bedroom for rent

My home is close to all local amenities and backs onto the large parks in Bretton. Within walking distance of 2 large shopping centres and only 5 minutes drive from the centre of peterborough. I am also on the main bus route.

The room is a large single and will have a small double bed, with wardrobe hanging, there is tv point and broadband available. It is annexed to the house and you would have your own entry point avoiding main house if required.

I have 2 non-shedding dogs who have access to all areas of the house, apart from this room

Short term lets will be considered

Room is available from beginning of May, after my current lodger leaves

My 21 year old daughter also lives at home with me
