I also have a similar double room with bed and space for wardrobe.
At the moment you would have the use of the family bathroom most of the time yourself. There are two living rooms and other space to share. The house was built in 2010 and is warm and clean in a nice area not far from the A1, with walks, shops, gym, library, pub and pool nearby. I have a small friendly dog and occasional visitors.
