At present 3 extremely nice people living at the property (two woman and one man) as well as adorable siberian husky. We are looking to rent that bedroom to a couple or one/two women. We are looking for nice young people who like their social life but are NOT heavy drinkers and troublemakers. As per our requirements we will interview people interested to make sure we will get along just fine.

For all commonly used facilities we have a cleaning schedule so everyone is involved in keeping the house clean.
