I have a double room for rent in relaxed house share. The house share is situated just a 10 minute drive from the A1, close to Peterborough city centre and train station, with a regular direct bus route to the city centre.

Local amenities within the Cardea development include; a local pub serving food, Morrisons Supermarket with garage, Hair and beauty salon and Fishtastic chip shop. A little further into Stanground, there is a Tesco Express that stays open until late along with a variety of takeaway restaurants.

The house is fully furnished and maintained to a high standard, including a shared living room and spacious kitchen with large dining table, washing machine, drier, dishwasher and cooker. There is a large flat screen tv with satellite in the living room and the property has an extremely fast fibre internet connection which is included. The bathroom has a bath and shower and is shared with one other house mate who is also clean and tidy!

Rent is inclusive of electricity, gas, water, wireless broadband, council tax and external window cleaner.
