Double Room for Rent in New Flat: Fengate PE1

I'm looking for a new flatmate as mine left Peterborough to join the Navy! I have a furnished double room available to rent. Room has a double bed, wardrobe and a desk and chair.
Viewings are most welcome. There is one bathroom and an open kitchen/living room.
Flat is ground floor. There is on street parking. Flat is in a good area about 20 minutes walk from the town centre.
I currently rent the flat from Brookdale. If you were to move in there is a fee of £150 to put your name on the contract.

I'm a considerate, tidy housemate. I am looking to share the flat with a professional who is also considerate and and tidy. I work as an engineer at Perkins/Caterpillar. I would like someone who is friendly but doesn't need to be hanging out all the time.
