The rooms are all Double and are fully furnished to a very HIGH standard with a modern NEW kitchen and with attention to details like USB and data sockets in every bedroom. Each room benefits from a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table.

The house has 100mb Fibre Optic Broadband and digital TV point in every room in the house, it has a great communal living space with wall mounted Flat screen Digital TV. The house also boasts 3 fitted bathrooms with showers so only two people share one bathroom. Outside is a private patio area to enjoy a glass of wine after a stressful day at work!

The communal rooms are cleaned regularly at no extra costs.
All bills, council tax, water, gas electricity and Broadband are included in the rent, there are no hidden costs - the monthly rental figure is all you pay.
