We have a double bed with en-suite to rent in a non-smoking house from a friendly neighbourhood in South of Cambridge (Sawston).

Sawston has good access to Cambridge (4 miles - 20 mins on Bus 7), Babraham (2 miles) and other employers like Addenbrookes Hospital and various research parks such as Granta Park, Wellcome Genome Campus, Biomedical institute etc.,

There are currently 2 occupants, both professionals who are quiet, kind and courteous. So, we would like someone with a similar nature to join us.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and also has a wardrobe. There is also small fridge in the room and a TV with Chromecast fitted for more comfort. There is space for off-road parking, and a garage if you wish to secure your bike.

The tenant will have access to kitchen and garden.
