Furnished Double Room in Spacious 2 Bed Flat

Hi All,
My name is Fergus, I’m a 29 year old professional from Cambridge and I live and work a couple of miles outside of the city.
I have a lovely double room available in my spacious, 2 bed, ground floor flat, available on a long term basis. The room is fully furnished with bed (with storage underneath) side table, chest of drawers and wardrobe
I’d ideally like a clean and friendly tenant, who is either a post-graduate student or young professional. I’m very friendly and social so it would be good to have someone similar!
