We are close to M11 and A505. 2 mainline train stations are within easy reach, also good bus links and cycle route into Cambridge. There are 3 pubs and a variety of restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. There is also a Leisure centre within 5 mins walk with a heated pool, gym, dance classes, badminton etc.
We are close to the Babraham Institute and also the Genome campus at Hinxton. Duxford air museum is only 10 mins away.
We have off road parking.
Strictly NO SMOKING anywhere in the house at any time but i don't mind smoking in the garden.
The room has a single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a bedside table. There is a television point in the room.
I have a large private garden and decking area with seating.
The house is in a very quiet area off a main road
i am looking for an easy going person who likes animals as i have a dog.
There would be adjusted rent and deposit in the case of animals staying in the house.
