House is a less than 15 min drive to Addenbrookes, and even shorter to the park and ride. Ideally suited for staff working / rotating there

Energy water wifi bills included. There is no tv license in the house. We get professional cleaning of the entire house done as needed and the flat mates pool money for that, if you wanna opt out that’s fine too, you’ll just have to clean your room and bathroom yourself.
The room and bathroom will be professionally cleaned before you get the room, and we deduct a £50 fee at the end for the same when you move out.
