Double room in Sawston

Hi there, I've got a fully furnished double room available in Sawston. Pictures say it all really. House is ideally located for someone who works in South Cambridge. A young professional would be best.

The house includes a garage for bikes and an available parking spot for off-street parking.

The kitchen will be refurbished in the Spring which will make it mostly unusable for a few weeks. I'll offer a 50% rent reduction for every week for the inconvenience. The fridge/freezer and microwave will still be accessable.

I'm looking for a housemate as much as a lodger. It's important to me that I find someone who shares my interests and won't just want to spend every moment locked away in their room. As such I'll want to hear a bit about yourself if you express an interest. I'm into reading, games, hiking and action/adventure films.

There's currently 2 people living in the house, though one of us is rarely home. Also home to 2 very cute cats named Twilight and Midnight. I'm afraid they won't get along with any other pets.

The house is professionally cleaned every 2 weeks.
