Large double room for single occupancy

We are a couple looking for a friendly and tidy professional. It is ideally suited for someone staying Monday-Friday, with a permanent residence elsewhere. We would be happy to consider split living which includes some weekend work/stays. Viewings can be arranged on request mainly during evenings or weekends but weekdays possible with some notice.

The room is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a large sized wardrobe. A good portion of the house, including the bedroom, has been recently renovated. The occupant will have use of the kitchen, dining area and garden.
Rent includes all bills, council tax and fibre broadband.

The property is 1 minute walk to the C7 bus stop with regular buses into Cambridge. It's 5 minutes walk to the high street where there are various shops, cafes etc. It is about 20-25 minute cycle along a cycle path to Addenbrooke’s and the Biomedical Campus. It is also easy access to the M11, Granta Park and the Sanger institute.
