Quiet place in Sawston

Semi-detached house in Sawston, with lots of local shops, takeaways and a Budgens all within walking distance. Well-connected by bus and bicycle to Addenbrookes, city centre and Sanger Institute. There is also a leisure centre nearby with a heated pool, gym and fitness classes.
I have a good-sized room to let with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, book shelves and television aerial connection.
The house is in a quiet location. It has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, shower room (downstairs) and bathroom. There is a small garden and a big garage with indoor access and lots of room for bike storage.
I am a fairly quiet person who prefers cooking, crosswords and casual cycling to drinking, clubbing or parties and would therefore prefer quiet lodgers, preferably academics or postgraduate students, but would consider other professionals. I also have a quiet elderly cat, nervous at first but friendly when he gets to know you.
