Occupancy will be on a B & B basis but good food preparation facilities (including refrigerator) are also provided on the ground floor. We also include reasonable amounts of Laundry but NO ironing. There is driveway parking available for one car. House is very near Bus stop with a good service to the Addenbrookes complex and Cambridge city. We prefer to have a Tenant who is looking for medium to long term Tenancy i. e not less than three months and preferably longer.
Rent is negotiable at around £100 per week depending on the final terms of occupancy agreed with the new Tenant.
