Double Room in South Cambridgeshire village

I am looking for a new housemate to share with me from October. I have a spacious double room with fitted wardrobes on offer. Unfurnished double room but option of single bed if needed.

Remainder of house is fully furnished. Large kitchen/diner, good sized living room (with shelf space for books etc). Electric cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. Bathroom with electric shower over bath. Additional downstairs w. c. Spare bedroom available for occasional guests. Off road parking for residents.

This 3 bed maisonette is located in the centre of Sawston village in South Cambridgeshire. Only 20 minutes drive from Cambridge city centre, it is also close to the M11 and the A505, located on the Citi7 bus route and close to two train stations both serving London and Cambridge. Handy location for Granta Park, Addenbrokes and the Babraham Institute.

This bustling village has a supermarket, bakeries, butchers, greengrocers, four pubs, a variety of restaurants and take aways, hair dressers, charity shops…..the list goes on!

There are two friendly indoor cats in residence. I work Monday to Friday as standard. I enjoy hanging out over a cup of tea at home, watching movies, heading down the local for a pint or two and a catch up. Quite social, but respect people's own space too!
