We are looking for a clean, tidy, working individual who would appreciate a peaceful place to live.
The property is located in Soham, approximately 6 miles from Ely and 8 miles from Newmarket. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the town centre, where you’ll find bus links to Ely, Newmarket, and Cambridge, as well as a good selection of shops and cafés.
The rooms are furnished to a good standard. The house is quiet and shared with hardworking, respectful housemates. You will be joining a household of three friendly, working tenants, one of whom has lived at the property for many years.
There is a spacious eat-in kitchen, fully equipped and ready for you to move in, including a washing machine, microwave, and fridge freezer.
All bills are included, along with Wi-Fi. Please note that we operate a monthly energy price-cap policy. A cleaner attends fortnightly, though tenants are expected to help keep the property clean and in good condition.
The property also benefits from a quiet garden, a shed suitable for bicycle storage, and on-street parking.
A one-week rent holding deposit is required to secure your application. Credit checks, references, and proof of employment history will be required for the successful applicant.
We are hands-on landlords and regularly visit the property to ensure all tenants are safe and happy.
