This house is located in Soham which is approx 6 miles from Ely and 8 miles to Newmarket. The property is a 5 minute walk to the town centre where buses to Ely, Newmarket or Cambridge can be caught and there are numerous shops and cafes.
We have a single room, furnished to a good standard.
The property is a quiet house with hard working housemates. We are looking for someone who is honest, clean, and respectful of others. You will be joining a household of 3 friendly, working tenants, one of whom has been a resident for many years.
There is an eat-in kitchen which is already equipped ready for you to move into. This includes a washing machine, microwave and a fridge freezer..
All bills are included along with wi-fi access but we do have a price cap policy for our energy use every month. There is a cleaner who comes fortnightly but we do expect tenants to keep the property in a good condition.
There is a quiet garden area with plenty of space, and a shed for storing your bicycle. There is space on the road for parking.
1 weeks rent will be required as a holding deposit to secure your application . We will need to carry out credit checks and references for the right person. You will need to have employment history.
We are hands on landlords and regularly visit the property to ensure all our tenants are safe and happy.
