Street parking literally right in front of the house for ultimate convenience (with EV charging availability). 5 mins walk from the nearest bus stop which can take to you Ely or Newmarket in about 10-15mins.

The well kept garden is also available to enjoy especially in the summer on the comfy decking space.

The main bathroom & shared communal spaces will be professionally cleaned fortnightly as part of the price.

We've previously had a lodger who successfully found a new career and moved on, (Feedback attached) so we are experienced and enjoy having a lodger around.

We are a young husband and wife who are easy going and diverse together with a lovely timid cat who will not bother you!

Looking for a lodger whom is in employment, we would accept Mon-Friday letting for £450/month.
