Double room to rent for one person

A quiet, good sized room with a double bed. Wardrobe. Set of drawers, bedside cabinet and a Smart TV with Netflix etc. there is room for a chair and desk if needed. The large bathroom is right next to the room and has a separate walk in shower. Bath and toilet. There is also a living room, dining room, kitchen, washing machine and a lovely garden available to use. The property is on the Main Street in Soham right next to the bus stops with good routes to Ely, Newmarket and Cambridge. There is also a train station with routes to Ely and bury St Edmund’s . There is space for a car outside in lay-by. Soham is a market town with all the amenities you need , including- Asda, Co-op, lots of independent shops, post office, restaurants and 5 pubs.

I am a middle aged lady doing part time work and would prefer a female guest that’s clean and tidy. I am easy going and looking for the right person to share my house.
