I have a beautiful double bedroom to rent in my two bedroom very large ground floor apartment based on the highstreet of Soham, Ely. I'm looking for a professional or student who is friendly, tidy, and respectful who would like to rent my spare room. Im only at the property 1 night a week so you will have your own space majority of the time.

There is parking available and a small paved communal garden at the back of the property.
