Spacious double room with lots of storage, desk area and armchair. No lounge but plenty of space to relax. Other lodger is in annexe to the side of the house and landlord mostly away so very quiet with just yourself in the main house. Newly fitted shower room is shared. Use of extra wc on 1st floor where your room is not next to any other rented room. No designated parking but parking in lane by the side of my house and garage is available. Some strorage in workshop and garage available. Possibility of extending term beyond 6 months.
