Hi! I’m a live-in landlord offering a calm, clean and relaxed home environment. The flat is best suited to someone who appreciates a peaceful space and is respectful of shared living.

The room available is a minimally furnished double bedroom with plenty of storage, including a large cupboard. We’ll share the bathroom, and all bills are included — WiFi, council tax and utilities.

I work full-time and spend the majority of my day out the house. I also have hobbies that I do after work, therefore, you will have lots of time to yourself.

The flat is on the top floor (third), it is very quiet and a peaceful area.

I am flexible to stays, I would preference a female.
