A Large Room in a Friendly Family Home

This large double room in a friendly family environment has recently been decorated. The room offers a built in double wardrobe with internal shelves and a double divan bed with two drawers underneath offering extra storage space. There is a 32" wall mounted TV which has built in 'Freeview', and a snuggle chair. There is also a built in computer desk should you wish to work from home. The bedroom is at the rear of a four bedroomed bungalow and has a 'wet room' (toilet and shower) that is ‘virtually’ on-suite and is for exclusive use of the tenant. We have recently had fibre optic broadband installed. All bills are included and there is a ‘hot tub’ in the back garden that the tenant is more than welcome to use at any time (it is ready for use all year round!). Viewing is recommended as it is difficult to get a feel for how big the room really is just from looking at the pictures.

Both my husband and I are professional workers in the public sector and we still have a 12 year old daughter living at home with us. We are fun loving, outgoing and would welcome anyone in to our home. You would certainly be made to feel welcome. We have a cat and a dog who are both very friendly. We regularly go out for meals and enjoy bike rides, running, all sports and having friends round for social events (BBQ etc).
