A very good sized Double room with En-suite to rent a new-built friendly neighborhood in Soham.

Soham has good access to Cambridge (30 mins), Newmarket (10 mins), Ely (10 mins) with Bus 12 connecting Soham with all the 3 places. The house is 5 mins away from ASDA and the high street.

There are currently 2 occupants, both professionals who are quiet, kind and courteous. So, we would like someone with a similar nature to join us.

The room is fully furnished with a king-size bed, a chest of drawers and also has an inbuilt wardrobe. We are in the process to get a small fridge in the room to add more comfort. There is ample off-road parking available in the neighborhood.

The tenant will have access to the kitchen and the lounge and the garden.

Short lets only.

Long lets accepted - But Mon-Fri let only at a discounted rate of £400 PCM.
