Somersham seeking lodger for small double

Hi, I am looking for a friendly, respectful lodger. The room is a small double with a brand new extra wide single bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. It is on the sunny side of the house and overlooking the garden. All freshly decorated in January. The road is quiet, lovely neighbours and only a short walk to the lake and nature reserve. There is a small shop less than 2 mins walk away it's a lovely location. There is no smoking in the house but I do allow it in the conservatory.

Bills included in the rent are:
-council tax
-electric
-gas
-water
-internet

There is currently no TV licence at the property.

Public transport isn't regular here so would be more suitable for someone with a car or who works in the village.

I have a border collie and would happily accept another well behaved and non destructive dog in the house. I would ask for an additional damage deposit in this case just to cover my back. Unfortunately my dog is not cat or small animal friendly so am unable to accommodate these pets. Anything else (fish, reptiles, inverts) I would be willing to consider, let's chat.

I am a quiet person and I value the peace and quiet of living here (as do my neighbours!) so if you are looking for a place to drink and party every day of the week this is not the house for you.

I have had both good and bad experiences before and the best housemates I've found are those with similar interests and hobbies so if you are equestrian or a bit of a nerd I'd be particularly happy to hear from you :)
