Furnished Single Room in Family Home

Hi welcome to our ad!
We have a single room to rent in our family home; we are an easy going family of three plus a mad Springer Spaniel! We like to relax in the evenings just in front of the TV or a DVD. We are looking for a lodger who is happy to be part of the family; we want you to feel at home. However, we do respect the fact that everyone wants his or her own space too. The room isn’t huge but you would have shared use of the lounge, conservatory, kitchen/diner, bathroom and garden so I am sure that if you just want a room for resting in, our home would be perfect for you.
The rent for the room will also cover an evening meal and laundry. All bedding and towels are provided in the furnished room.
Our home is ideally situated for excellent bus links to and from Cambridge/Huntingdon. The house overlooks a green and is pedestrian access only so there is no passing traffic. The local supermarket is only a 10-minute walk and St. Ives town centre is about 15 minutes walk.
