Double bedroom in st ives, clean and tidy house

Im looking to rent one of my biggest bedrooms in my three bedroom house in St ives. My house has one bathroom, kitchen and lounge/ diner with rear garden. The house has been newly decorated with all new furniture I. e new beds, wardrobes, bed side tables and chest of draws. Room has lockable door from inside and out. I work away in the week and most weekends so the won’t be around much. The house is a five mintue walk from the nearest co op, restaurant, take away, pub and pharmacy and community centre. You are less than a five minute drive from the town centre of st ives with plenty of shops and bars near the river.
