Lovely dbl room to rent in st ives, cambridgeshire

Hi my name is Clair and i'm a 25 year old nursery assistant who works monday to friday. I am looking for a fun easy going person to share my home with. I would prefer not to have peoples partners or friends staying overnight as I don't like the thought of ppl I don't know in my home. The bedroom is a nice sized double with a double bed and chest of drawers however i do not have a wardrobe in there so ideally you would need your own. i'm looking for a happy person who isnt shy when it comes to cleaning up after themselves. I am a smoker however if you are a non smoker i would use only my room for smoking or smoke outside. The room may be available earlier then the 30th.
