Sunny, quiet house with garden

The house is an end of terrace, a 12-minute walk to the town center, a 7-minute walk to the Busway stop, and a 4-minute walk to the Indoor Leisure Center. The house is sunny and the rooms spacious. There is on-street parking and a private back garden. The garden gate is locked and there is a locked shed for storing a bike.
The house is fully furnished, and I would provide anything additional needed, (within reason :>). It is not possible to bring in any furniture.
I am looking for quiet, tidy professionals who have experience sharing. I have just spent a year cleaning up and repairing the house after 10 years of neglect by management agency.
I am not a resident landlord but maintain a room in the house for when I visit the UK briefly several times a year.
