There is no deposit to pay, we ask the first and last month of rent to be paid upfront. Then on month of vacating you don’t pay rent as it was already paid in advance.

The Farmhouse is currently undergoing redecoration and will be available for rent from 15th June.

Outside laundry with washing line for summer – in winter there will be a dryer available in the laundry room.

House is spacious, light and welcoming. It will feel very much like your own place as the owner lives in a different part of the house.

5 minutes away from the guided busway and A14.

Large kitchen, looking out onto the garden which you are welcome to use. Washing machine is available for use.
