Room for rent in St Ives Cambs!

Single room to rent in 3 bedroom house. Furnished. I am looking for a female housemate. The house has gas central heating. An equipped kitchen and washing machine. Shared living room with sofa, TV. Internet, Wifi, Kitchen table. One toilet. Back Garden. The House is shared by a mum with a child (4 years old). We also have an outdoor cat, so he must be considered too. The house is at the Spar shop area in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. We are looking for a female, no smoking, tidy and respectful person to live with.
