This accommodation would suit a person needing accommodation from Monday to Friday or 7 days per week. I would provide a reduced rent. The room would be kept for the exclusive use of tenant. This room is suitable for single occupant only.
Moving in date is negotiable. This room could be made available sooner if required.

Warm, cosy and sunny room. Built-in wardrobe and cupboards, so plenty of storage space.

Close to amenities: Doctors, chemist, supermarket, takeaway, bus stop and a friendly, local pub with food within 1 mins walking distance! (Ideal for working person arriving home later and tired)
Ideal for 5/7 day a week stay. This is a very good location for easy living and working.
