Reasonable sized room within a shared house. Furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bathroom is next to the bedroom, we do sometimes use the bathroom ourselves but during the day when most are at work to wash the children as we have our own bathroom.

We have said £425 for the room including the bills but for £475 we could include the meals for you with the rest of us to save you cooking or food shopping.

Unlimited wifi also included.

Located nearby is also a post office, doctors surgery, chip shop, hairdressers, chinese and convience shop.

Guided busway outside the front door every 15 minutes during the week and hourly on a sunday.

10 minutes walk from St Ives town centre.
