Friendly house, close to town.

Small bright room in detached house, only a few yards from a river walk and the town center. We are a friendly, young at heart household. It is a warm and easy going house. Not luxurious but respectable. There is a single bed and a chest of draws in the room, but it is a basic place to crash out. We have a small smoking area in the back but there is no smoking in the house. Bills are included except council tax. We are looking for an easy going person who likes things tidy but isn't a type A personality, no noise late at night and a good sense of humour. Prefer an organized female but a regular guy is cool.
Could be ideal if you're away at weekends quite often.
