As the dining room is rarely used by the owner, this can also be used for home working if needed, and for eating in. Plus use of double driveway and double garage for car/bikes.

Wifi and all bills included. Lots of green space and parks nearby, 5 mins to local Co-op supermarket and shops, on great bus route to St Ives town centre (10 mins), with Cambridge a further 20 mins away by bus on the very convenient Busway.

The house is occupied by me, a lady, who has recently retired from teaching French for over 30 years, and speaks several languages. I am also happy to consider somone who has a dog, if that dog is clean and well behaved.
