I have a large double room with ensuite in a modern 4 Bedroom detached house, It is furnished, clean and welcoming, with cleaner weekly. Large kitchen and lounge. Separate office and large garden.

I work away and have a base provided by work elsewhere but do keep a room at the house, but rarely use it. So you will have the house to yourself with the existing lodger almost always. She is a lovely lady and full time teacher. The property is very close to the station, 5min walk, and is ideal for commuters to London or people driving to Cambridge, Bedford or Milton Keynes. I'm easy going and will respect people's privacy. I’m looking for someone who is mature and will treat the house well.

The property has a driveway and storage and is close to various shops and only a 20 minute walk to town. It will be a quiet and relaxed place to live with access to the countryside and nice surroundings.
