The room is separate from our living and kitchen area. We share the back door that is your ‘front door’. You go left we go right.
Rent is weekly but can be paid on a monthly basis (can be discussed) Reference/proof of job.
Monday to Friday only and no permanent evening/night shifts please.
Will suit a professional with short term work in the area.

No access to kitchen but you will have a Kettle, Microwave oven and Fridge in your room and access to washing up facilities.

Its 10 mins walk to St Neots train station and 10 min to the high street, shops, gym and cinema, 5 mins to the park, 30min on bus to Cambridge and Bedford. Parking if needed is plenty on our street.

Two weeks deposit and a weeks rent up front, length of contract can be discussed but 3 months initially.
