Hi everyone, I am a super host on Airbnb as I advertise the room there as well with more than 250 reviews. I have 2 options:
3 MONTH-STAY: I have garden view ensuite double room available to rent out from April 27th, the rent is £760 all inclusive.
Short STAY: I have another ensuite double room (TV) available to rent out for a very short stay:
-Night rate £50 up to 3 days a week
-ONE WEEK: £200
- TWO WEEKS:£360
-THREE WEEKS: £560
All bills are included.
The house is new and everything is new.
The house is 4 mins on foot from St Neots station and there is an allocated parking slot. No access to living space and the use of kitchen is to be arranged with me as I work from home. Feel free to-use kitchenware.
I have a puppy which is not allowed upstairs.
