Short term let 2 bedrooms close to town centre

I have 2 double bedrooms for 2 months rent.

Availability: 2 Jan 2023 - 12 Feb 2023

I would prefer to rent out both 2 bedrooms for one family (so technically you would have a whole house for yourself).

- All bills included (gas, electricity, council tax, water, internet)
- Near town centre, Lidl, Priory park
- 12 minutes walk to train station

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place: just a short walk and you will be at the largest park, the beautiful riverside, supermarkets, cinema, barbershops, restaurants, pubs, churches, bus stop, and train station.

Just a short drive to Little Paxton nature reserve. Easy access to London, Cambridge, Bedford.

The house is at a quiet cul-de-sac road, well equipped for temporary stay.

The kitchen should have everything you need to cook, tall fridge, oven, microwave, and stove.

You’ll have access to all the usual crockery, cutlery and utensils. Washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board.

There’s even a dishwasher so you don’t have to wash up.

There is a conservatory, a small garden.

Off road parking available on the street. There is a stairs upon entering the house and next to it you will find the living room. At the back of the house there is a kitchen diner with a wooden dining table (seats 6) as well as a lovely conservatory overlooking the garden. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 office that you can use, and a bathroom (with both a bath and shower) and toilet.

This is our house that we let out when we are away so there are some personal belongings around. We have however made sure to clear out space whilst away so that you can use wardrobes and drawers.
