I have a 2 bed flat over garage for rent in St Neots. The main/large bedroom in the pictures is available for rent as a lodger. You would have full access as I am not living in the property, and no one else will.

You will pay your own gas, electric and water. Internet and council tax is included.

Close to town centre, bus stop and 25 min from Cambs. Building is standalone and only 3 years old. Open plan lounge and kitchen. One parking spot under the flat/covered. No smokers. Prefer professionals or phd students.
