Double room in quiet area

Double room to let in 3 bedroomed house.  Living room downstairs plus one other large room used for storage, exercise equipment etc., also a breakfast room, shared kitchen and shared upstairs bathroom. There is a peaceful garden backing on to the river. Rent is £470 monthly, all bills included. My husband and I live in and work various shifts. There is a cat who spends most of her time outside. Buses are frequent and it's about 20 minutes walk to the town centre.
