Rooms for rent - stanground in quiet area

I have 2 rooms available at the moment, the house is quiet and I have recently renovated the house.
We have shops and bus stop just a minute walk away and bus to town is every 10 mins.
The area has plenty of good amenities and at the same time its a low crime area and has a safe community feeling.
Parking is available on the drive and all bills are included, wifi too.
I would consider short term rents at a slightly higher rate and couples too a higher rate but I have usually only had single occupants. But this is not what we usually do.
Ideally professionals or students who want to live in a no stress household and be close enough to the main parts of Peterborough without being in the middle of it.
I have furnished the rooms, but I can add more subject to the tenants request.
I am always willing to work with my tenants to ensure they are happy and comfortable.
