Your double room has a double bed; although it is not an en-suite, you would have your own private bathroom.

The house comes with a spacious communal living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a small garden too.

A private parking space is available.

I own the property and would be living in the master bedroom. I am looking for a non-smoking professional who is tidy and happy to live with a live-in landlord.

If you would like more room in the double-room, the double bed can be changed to a single one. That would allow for more room.
