The room is located next to the bathroom.
The kitchen is shared, and the garage may also be available.
Parking should not be an issue, as I was allowed to buy a car after passing my driving licence.

The contract is based on a lodger agreement.
Both speak English, though they speak their own language between themselves.
No male guests are allowed.

Rent is £400, with additional bills of £20 from October to February.
There is one socket in the bedroom, a huge wardrobe with shelves and space for hangers, and a drawer on the side.
A heater in the room is turned on in the morning and evening.

The ladies value frugality, cleanliness, and good company.
Entrance to the house is through the kitchen door, and all doors have alarms for security purposes.
There is a camera in the living room and outside the garage entrance.

The neighborhood is quiet, lovely, and patient.
A bus stop is within walking distance, and if you ever crave snacks or small groceries, you can find a Nisa Shop locally, as well as a petrol station and Tesco Express.
There is also a Polish shop behind Tesco, and Morrisons is a few miles away.

Birds and squirrels visit the garden from time to time.
The room can also be locked.

I am a former tenant and am looking for a replacement.
