Single room with double bed (apparently this makes it a double?). Double bed, drawers bedside cabinet, mirror and somewhere to hang your clothes. It is in a Very comfortable Victorian house. Broadband and bills included. Lots of shops and pubs and beautiful walks locally. The house has a relaxed and laid back atmosphere. There are 2 bathrooms, a lounge with log fire and a kitchen for the tenants use. There is a bus stop 10 meters from my house and buses go regularly to the city centre which is a 15-minute walk. Aldi supermarket is just a short walk away from the house. This ad will be removed upon the room being filled so if you still see it then it's still available. First come first served. The room is available from now. Viewings welcome.
