I am a full time working professional. I work full-time and I am out of the house from 7: 00am until 6: 30pm each week day. At the weekends I am out and about socialising and catching up with friends. I have a 4 year old son who is also out of the house within the same hours, in childcare.

The house is detached, with a garage and parking. There is a front and also a back garden with a patio area. The house has a separate lounge and dining room. The kitchen is a very good size. I have unlimited broadband and Wi-Fi which is included within the monthly price of the room. The water, gas and electrical costs can be negotiated.

The room I am looking to rent out is furnished, it has a table, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The room is carpeted and currently there is currently a single bed in the room. There are curtains and electrical sockets.
