Comfortable, furnished double room in Quy. Available immediately for the right person. Ideally, looking for someone (male preferred) who is able to blend in to my household.

The house is very large, off road parking, secure bike storage, all mod cons, wifi. Very easy access into Cambridge, A14, Science Park.

Present occupants are 3 professionals (male). 2 drive, 1 cycles. All 3 are sociable, but equally independent. For example, we tend to eat together (I cook), when we are all home at the same time. It might be faster and easier if you contact me to discuss. I am flexible on a majority of things. I am very lucky with my present two lodgers, who are the best guys, so I want to ensure a good fit.
